Origin Story: Sea salt is nothing new to the Lay’s universe, having previously popped up in China a couple of years back. What makes its South American cousin stand out though, is the fact that the Lay’s Flavor Department that is cooking up new flavors for Peru and Colombia (hint: it is the same team) decided to pair it with a kettle cooked style chip.
