Origin Story: Philadelphia is known for four things: the Liberty Bell, rowdy sports fans, Rocky Balboa, and the cheesesteak. The latter is certainly fitting of being honored as a Flavor Icon. Whether the Flavor Department called it right by crafting this flavor in honor of Geno’s over Pat’s will be for the people of Philly to decide.
