Origin Story: This easy to prepare dish makes up for in flavor what it lacks in lengthy preparation. As it is best cooked in a well seasoned wok though, something which not everyone owns, the Lay’s Flavor Department decided to offer this classic dish straight from the bag to your mouth, no wok required.
