Origin Story: What do you do when you have an oversupply of both bacon and cheese flavor chips? The Lay’s Netherlands Flavor Department answered this question by creating the Mix line, which dumps these two different chip flavors into the same bag, for a sometimes uneven, sometimes splendid(?) taste experience.
