Origin Story: Draniki are a Belorussian staple, similar to other styles of potato pancakes, like the latke. Grating all of those potatoes, preparing the pancake patties, and frying them can take a lot of time though. Too much time. If you are a busy, on-the-go Belorussian with a love for the classics, then you’ll understand exactly why the Flavor Department has put forth a potato pancake meets potato chip hybrid. But this is not just an old potato pancake, it is aromatic for good measure!
