Origin Story:
The Lay’s Flavor Department has evolved this snack from the previous “Finger Licking Braised Pork” to the more streamlined “Braised Pork.” This subtle change makes it the perfect choice for germaphobes who prefer their savory treats without the need to actually lick their fingers. The flavor draws inspiration from the rich culinary tradition of red-braised pork (Hong Shao Rou) and the legendary Dongpo pork.
