Origin Story: Crab curry is a classic Thai dish, so it makes for a perfect fit for the Thai Taste series that Lay’s has been rolling out in Thailand in recent months. According to Thaifoodmaster, the original (non-chips version) was originally brought to Bangkok by Chinese chefs.
