Origin Story: For this edition of the Max series, the Thai Flavor Department wanted to see how far they could push people to edge of cheesedom, which is a bit of sick joke in a country where anywhere from 47% to 84% of the population is lactose intolerant. You’ll be maxing out your toilet paper if you happen to be on the wrong side of tolerance after diving into these chips.
