In a Bite: Untasted. Have you tried it? Email us and tell us what you thought.
In a Haiku: A heap of garlic. Without the vermicelli. What would Daddy think?
Origin Story: This Cantonese dish is typically served with shells on–and sometimes even heads–on top of a bed of vermicelli noodles and is a Lunar New Year favorite of Daddy Lau. But sometimes, you just can’t be bothered to peel your prawns while on the run. That’s why this flavor was created. For those of us who want to eat our prawns without the hassle of peeling or discarding shells.
