Origin Story: Walker’s prawn cocktail flavored chips are one of the most famous in the wider Lay’s universe, particularly celebrated by vegetarians, as despite their name, there is actually no shellfish in them. Noting its popularity over in the UK, the Lay’s Flavor Department in Turkey decided to offer up a similarly tangy, savory chip.
