Origin Story: Smetana (aka sour cream) is so common in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, that some consider it to be a condiment. This version is a traditional pairing with spring onions, unlike its fraternal twin sister, sour cream & greens. To keep it interesting though, this one comes with ruffles.
