Origin Story: Sour cream is so beloved in this part of the world, that they needed not one, not two, but three varieties. There’s sour cream & onion for when you’re feeling traditional, sour cream & greens for when you’re feeling sassy, and finally, tender sour cream & onions for when you’re feeling a bit delicate.
