Texas tenderloin,
The perfect foil to ribeye,
Are you red or blue?
Origin Story: The Vietnamese love affair with beef might have begun during colonial times, but it has taken on its own shape in the years since. In fact, nearly half of the flavors that the Lay’s Flavor Department have released in Vietnam are beef related. They already have the Manhattan Rib Eye Steak, so what better way to contrast regional American cuts of beef than to go with a Texas variant for this release.
