Origin Story: As the world’s largest potato producing country, one might think that the Lay’s team in China would stay focused on the humble spud, but with that abundance of potatoes also comes a yearning for something different. Enter Lay’s yam and taro chips, with this flavor being the first one in the series featured here. What better way to evoke a return to the land than by pairing yam chips with not just any old tomato, but countryside tomato.
