Origin Story: Scallops are notoriously difficult to cook perfectly, and messing them up really seem to anger the judges on most cooking competitions. Why bother with the disappointment of messing up your own scallops, when you can simply eat their essence out of a bag? It is a little known fact that the Lay’s Flavor Department team member who created this flavor crashed and burned on a scallop dish during the MasterChef Asia qualifiers. This is their revenge body, so to speak.
