Origin Story: This is the first of three pancake inspired flavored released by the Lay’s Flavor Department in China. Umeboshi, or pickled plum, is the inspiration for this flavor. Why pair pancake flavors with stacked potato chips? If you have to ask, you don’t deserve to know the answer.
