Origin Story: Although not originally from Poland, cranberries have become a key ingredient in Polish cuisine. As a fruit that reaches optimal ripeness and flavor in the Fall, its association with the winter holidays and the food that comes with it spans several countries on both sides of the Atlantic. Fitting then that this flavor was released by the Lay’s Flavor Department just in time for the holidays.
