Origin Story: Roscoff onions (aka oignon de Roscoff) carry protected status in France-sweet, pink, and grown only along the Breton coast since the 17th century. The Lay’s Flavor Department saw an opportunity to elevate the humble onion to its rightful place among premium flavors, as part of it Paysanne line, which celebrates regional produce with rustic authenticity.
