Origin Story: Fried rice is easy to find in Thailand, although generally with less classy meats, like chicken or pork. The Lay’s Flavor Department wanted to go high scale with this fried rice-cum-potato chip, so you know that means they had to whip out the crab flavoring to make it stand out from the crowd.
