Origin Story: While paprika may be considered a commonplace and basic spice to some, its exoticism to most Pakistanis is what brought this flavor to life. Or was it simply because someone on the Flavor Department team just got back from a trip to Bangkok?Perhaps one of the North American or European Lay’s Flavor Department teams will try their hand next at creating a chip with one of the many Pakistani spices.
