Origin Story: With Italy already represented by the Lay’s Inspired by… series, the Flavor Department decided to create the Taste of… series to give them another flavor. Fitting perhaps, given the global influence of Italian cuisine. And what could be more representative than this simple, yet historical dish that dates itself to the ancient Roman times.
