Origin Story: Canada is not known for its spicy food, so the Lay’s Flavor Department knew that they had to lead with sweet on this one, so as to not turn off potential customers. They made sure to throw in that exclamation mark though to warn consumers that they might be living on the edge a bit with this chip.
