Origin Story: When we think of Brazil, meat, and BBQ, our mind goes right to the skewers of meat served rodizio at the local churrascaria. Sure, they might serve ribs as well, but no one goes for the ribs, except, apparently for employees on the Lay’s Flavor Department team in Vietnam.
