In a Haiku: Take a rack of ribs. Slather them in paprika. All without the bone.
Origin Story: As countries around the world restricted trade with Russia in response to its brutal invasion of Ukraine, its paprika exports fell precipitously. With cheap domestic paprika flooding the local market, the Lay’s Flavor Department had a eureka moment! Mix in a little bit of pork essence and some other spices to a lot of paprika, et voilà! Grilled ribs are born.
