Origin Story: As previously noted, the Guatemala Lay’s Flavor Department is significantly understaffed. Rather than focusing on dreaming up all sorts of new and creative flavors, Willy Wonka style, they are left recreating the classics. This one is essentially sour cream and onion, or fromage as it is also wont to be known in some parts of the world.
