Origin Story: The last time a chili flavored Lay’s emerged from the Middle East, it was panned by us as being noticeably lacking in the spicy department. The Jordan Lay’s Flavor Department took note and have reformed their chili chip as a wavy chip, which, as we’ve previously flagged, helps to ensure a greater concentration of flavor with each bite as a result of the extra surface area.
