Origin Story: The Chinese Flavor Department brought this flavor to market to teach their French and especially Taiwanese counterparts a lesson in how to do roast chicken on chips right. No need for an entire roast chicken flavor like the French, or a spicy sauce like the Taiwanese. This chip is perfectly rationed to focus its energy entirely on the wing.
