Origin Story: While lobster may have once been known as the food of the poor in the US, its status has long been cemented as one of luxury in much of the world, including in Thailand. True democratizers of elite flavors that they are, the Lay’s Flavor Department, they brought this high-class crustacean to the masses and since it is Thailand, decided to throw some chili into the mix.
