Origin Story: As many long time readers will be aware, the Lay’s Flavor Department in Thailand loves brand mashups. This mashup with Heinz is the latest in that tradition. For those who have never been to Thailand, the ketchup there tends to be sweeter than the same brands in North America. Hopefully no Canadians are insulted by this Thai interpretation of their beloved national flavor.
