In a Bite: Mostly sweet and tangy, like a sugar dipped lime, with a faint hint of betel leaf.
In a Haiku: Leafy, limey, sweet. Not quite like a real miengkam. But good nonetheless.
Origin Story: Miengkam is a delicious Thai appetizer with a whole bunch of stuff wrapped in a betel leaf, so why not try to cram that all into a potato chip, is probably what someone thought.
