Origin Story: Miso, the centuries old fermented soybean paste, has seen an explosion in its global popularity over the past few decades, resulting in new variations, such as the sophisticated miso-infused butter. That buttery, umami richness was just screaming out to be paired with the pedestrian potato chip, and thus the Lay’s Flavor Department obliged in what is one of two flavors in its Collab series with instant noodle brand, Mama.
