Origin Story: This flavor comes from Lay’s France’s Mediterranean series, so there’s no going wrong with a classic and simple seasoning of olive oil and salt. Although when we think of the Mediterranean’s best olive oil, Italy and Greece come to mind, rather than the higher production volume Spanish oil. But then again, the Lay’s team also needs to make a profit here, so sacrifices are bound to be made.
