Origin Story: Roasted fish is a complex, flavor-packed dish from Sichuan (aka Szechuan), which, some say is the ideal dish for a winter’s day. Fitting then, for this flavor to find its way to shelves in February. Since not everyone has time to slow marinate and roast a whole fish, the Lay’s Flavor Department has done the job for you by delivering its essence on a potato canvas.
